How do you create a cleaning system? Yes, you did read the word correctly. I do mean systematize you’re cleaning up process. You will definitely ask now, why should I systematize cleaning, I have been doing this since I was born!! My mom and dad or guardian have always insisted that I clean my room. Remove the trash. Sent this dirty laundry to the washing machine and the list goes on.
My experience should be enough for me to clean up my room, my house and my office. If that is what you feel now, then this site is not for you. You know what to do so, probably much better that you do what ever that you like, and still feel angry about it.
However, if you are open about it, then I will show you what the Japanese have done in their country. How they have made it a culture of cleaning and daily improvement in their life.
Ironically, I learn the traits while I am working with Texas Instruments, and from there onward my passion for cleaning, arrangement and standardization increases. I have always been a bit of OCD which I did mention in my introduction, but I have never seen such a system that works very well for me. I even introduced them to my friends and they to feel that it is a good system.
You could find a lot of notes and stories on how the 5S’s have helped multiple offices and factories across the globe, however, this system could be implemented anywhere and anytime. Imagine the system that works well in Japan offices and home, as well as in major factory could definitely work for you.
Just have faith in the system and it will work for you.
