Most of the problem in the house of organization does not occur suddenly. such as dust. Although you may have a bad hair day today, but today is not the start of your bad hair day. It was way in the past that thing start to creep out. Anybody who has been in love and out of love knows that you don’t suddenly fall in love and fall out of love. You build relationship slowly. The more positive input you have to your partner by giving gifts, tell them that you love them or even a small gesture of trust and faith, would be a positive input towards your relationship.
On the other hand, a negative feeling such as argument over dinner, money or even not returning a call or text can burn all the positive deposit you had to the person’s emotional bank account. Thus, to maintain relationship requires work and communication. You need to always check the water on what is happening and how to improve them. If it is too hot, both of you may be burn, and if it is too cold then both of you will have a frost bite. Non of this is ideal. The idea is to always maintain a positive feeling. Thus, ensuring that the negatives are reduced as much maintenance is key. Even argument could be a good memory later on.

Messy, dust and minor defects
Messy wire may not be something that you care about. But, this is a minor defect. As messy wires could cause the two wires to entangles especially when you need to plug in and out often. Sooner or later the wire might fail causes you additional head ache.
Your air conditioning unit may be full of dust and dirt require cleaning for it to run at its optimum level. You could ignore clearing the unit, but sooner or later the compressor may be over loaded causing you additional electrical bill and worst replacement of your unit.
Another that could happen is you fan could come out with abnormal heat or vibration during its operation. This if ignored could cause the other parts to malfunction due to heat transfer and vibration, causing you to buy a change the motor or even a new machine.
One of the most ignored parts in the house is the worn out, loose or missing parts. Be it a door or a fan. Ignoring these parts would results in misaligned / damaged that could lead to machine failure or sensor failure. Either which you need to replace at the end at a higher cost.
Contaminated oil or liquid is another way of attracting dirt and dust causing blockages to sensor/equipment and could results in machine malfunction or jam. In the case of gas stove, no gas coming out of the burner.
Lastly, doors and hinges are location that needs to be consider for lubrication purpose. Contaminated lubricant or wrong type of lubricant can cause further abrasion to parts rather than lubricating them.
The different between a major head ache due to equipment failure and peaceful life is the minor defect that we detect and correct.
